DHL sucks! DHL sucks! DHL sucks! Did I ever tell you that DHL sucks? Well, DHL sucks. I’m so mad about them and their customer care, I barely can contain my anger.
As you know I ordered my new camera on Amazon and I paid for the express delivery, oh, let me use their wonderful claim, the overnight express delivery but I had only troubles.
DHL probably didn’t find any free place in the Packstation at the zoo station and they brought the packet back to the deposit without saying a word.
Amazon’s customer service was very efficient: they had this plausible theory while DHL was clueless and they immediately discounted the delivery fee from my order.
DHL made the things even worse: when I called they asked me to wait until today or go to the deposit which is open also on Sunday from 10 to 12. Because I wanted to try the camera during the holidays I accepted to go to the deposit on my way to the brunch (which, at 10 o’clock, was more breakfast than lunch, put the sleeping smiley here). Well, the deposit was closed! I called DHL again and they apologized for the wrong information they gave me: the deposit is open on Sunday but not on Easter! I yelled at the phone and I got the promise to receive my camera today.
Do I have my camera now? Obviously not! Again they didn’t find place at the Packstation and again I was not directly informed (as I asked: I understand that problems happen but I just would like to get a call to find a solution). I called again telling I was home at 19 o’clock but they decided to come at 15 and they left the camera at the perfume shop next to me. Idiots.
